Patient Handling Hook and Loop Walk Belt

The Patient Handling Hook and Loop Walk Belt is designed to assist users in transitioning from a sitting to a standing position by providing stability. It also aids in walking by offering additional support around the waist, enhancing the user's stability. The belt fastens using two large hook and loop strips and features non-slip rubber on the inside, known as Miracle Grip, to prevent slippage on the user's clothing. This non-slip feature is standard across all our walk belts. The belt is equipped with four padded vertical handles to ensure a comfortable grip for the caregiver.

It can be wiped clean with disinfectant and is machine washable up to 80 degrees Celsius, though tumble drying is not recommended as it may reduce the effectiveness of the Miracle Grip. For users with a pendulous bust, we recommend viewing our range of walk belts with a buckle system, as they feature a narrower width which may be more suitable. It is important to note that the Walk Belt should not be used to lift the patient.
